How to use your phone to give simple feedback
For a parent, coach or player this video talks you through how to film goal kicking so that you can provide simple video feedback to the player so they can see what they need to improve on.
FOCUS POINTS:
- STEP 1: Have your goal kick filmed.
- STEP 2: Watch 2 or 3 kicks with your coach/parent to identify improvements
- STEP 3: Spend 5 minutes practicing the drill you need to improve (see below)
- STEP 4: Having re-practiced, film 2 or 3 more kicks
- STEP 5: Review what you have filmed and see if there have been any improvements in your technique
- STEP 6: Repeat this specific correction drill 3-5 times per week
