Track My Order
Important! Due to Sherrin relocating to a new premises, no customer orders will be dispatched between May 27th - June 12th. Place orders before May 26th to avoid delays. Any orders received after this date will not be dispatched until June 13th.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at sherrin.com.au and checking the My Account section
Alternatively, you can track your shipment via the AusPost and Direct Freight Express websites. You should see tracking events appear within 24 hours after you have received tracking confirmation from Sherrin. Sometimes it can take a little longer for events to populate, so don’t worry if you don’t see any tracking up to 48 hours after your initial order has been placed. Once your order has entered the system you will then be able to track the progress of your order.
