Sherrin announce their first female Ambassador – Chloe Molloy

Sherrin is thrilled to announce Collingwood star Chloe Molloy as our first AFLW Ambassador commencing in January 2022.  The two-time All Australian can play across the field but found herself in brilliant form in the forward line last season. Chloe’s exceptional kicking skills and ability to read the play, sets her apart from the rest of the competition.

Cross coding from elite level Basketball to AFL in 2017, she played for the Calder Cannons in the TAC cup and Diamond Creek in the VFLW competition. In the same year, she was offered an NCAA Division 1 US College Scholarship in the USA which she turned down to pursue AFL. A decision that has turned into many accolades, including Collingwood AFLW Best and Fairest and Best First-Year Player in 2018 and A NAB Rising Star nomination in her first game, which she then took out the 2018 Rising Star Award, the youngest player to be included in the All-Australia Squad in 2018 and selected again in season 2021.

Chloe grew up kicking a Sherrin in the front yard with her siblings. And has a rich history of footy in the family. With a Sherrin in hand since her childhood, Chloe is the perfect fit alongside Matt Rowell from the Gold Coast Suns, as Sherrin Ambassadors. Joining our stable, Sherrin can’t wait to work with Chloe and build our partnership together.
